Has anyone here ever used Google or Facebook advertising – preferably for a game, but for anything really? If so, what were your experiences? Did it work well? Any tips for getting the most out of it? Every now and then I like to give a shout out to one of my writers over on Bright Hub when they do something particularly impressive. This is definitely a handy site to help check your Facebook privacy settings and make sure they are what you want them to be. Benjamin has a couple of great articles at Bright Hub for Nintendo Wii fans. If you have ever wanted to get your Wii online, whether to play multiplayer games with friends or to play free games, you will enjoy these two articles: This is moderately gaming related once you see the picture (below the fold). Over the years, she has definitely become a highly skilled expert on the subject (and play) of healers. Raph Koster wrote an incredibly interesting and thought provoking blog post here: The perfect geek age? Was being born in 1971 the perfect time to be born a geek? I read this story with horror but without surprise. Bright Hub has a contest going right now where they are giving away free money (in the form of $200 Visa Gift Cards) for just joining the site and signing up for a weekly digest of new articles published. You pick the areas you are interested in (including none if none of them interest [...] I have not had much time to blog lately because all my free writing time has gone into Bright Hub. I was recently asked to become the Managing Editor of the MMO channel there. I was hesitant at first, but my wife encouraged me to take the job so I accepted. We publish 70-90 articles [...] |
